Shipping & Returns

Little Storks ships orders within India & even internationally and uses reputable courier companies. Due to the personalized nature of few products, your order may take a couple of weeks to reach you but rest assured we are making all possible efforts to get your product to you at the earliest. Shipping Duration

Each of the products sold on has a different lead-time. Lead time refers to the number of days within which an item will be dispatched from our warehouse. This does not include the shipping duration taken by the courier to deliver the parcel to you. Please refer to the individual products for detailed information. In the case of orders with more than 1 product, all products will be shipped together & the longest lead time for a product ordered is applicable to the entire order. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive an email and/or text message with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Shipping duration depends on location. The transit time for metros is generally 3-4 working days while other destinations could take up to 7 working days to reach. While we use reputable couriers and work around the clock to ensure your order reaches in time, Little Storks cannot be held responsible for shipping delays due natural disasters, strikes, bank holidays or situations beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

A Standard shipping and handling charge of Rs 250 is levied for all orders. Express delivery charges if applicable will be as per actuals. International Shipments would depend upon the actual weight & Size of the package.


Due to the personalized nature of the majority of the products, orders once placed cannot be canceled or changed. If you do wish to cancel/amend your order please email us on and we will try our best to cancel it if production hasn’t started.In the case of a credit card refund due to order cancellation, please allow 15-20 working days for the refund to be processed and reflect in your bank account. When a refund is initiated from our end, we will provide you with a transaction id, after which you can follow up with your bank if you would like to have the refund expedited.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to hygiene & safety concerns with regards to baby/kids products as well as the personalized nature of the majority of the products, has a strict no exchanges or refunds policy across the website. If there is any genuine case for exchanges of a non-personalized product, please contact us on within 3 days of receiving your order & we will handle these exchanges on a case-by-case basis. In the case that we have approved an exchange for an order, the customer is responsible for couriering the item to our office in Mumbai within 3 working days. Please ensure the product is returned in its complete packaging to be eligible for an exchange. Once we have received and examined the product, a replacement will be couriered out to you. If we are unable to replace the item due to a size not being available or the item being out of stock, we will provide you with a discount code that can be used against any future purchase on there will be no cash returns for any orders. Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded. Damaged Products: In the event that a product reaches damaged, please email us on within 3 working days along with images of the damaged product and we will help you out.
